But here I never took the time to go looking for…

First try with the Tarte Tatin 😋something can be improved, but it was good 👌 soon on the blog
Great quality ingredients, and keep it easy: it can’t go wrong 😋👌 fallow deer tenderloin, Jerusalem artichoke flan, a good balsamic condiment, and good wine 😋
Once again, French onion soup 😋I just love it...and of course with a mountain of good Gruyère from @a_sonkas_a_sajtos 👌
Dessert at late afternoon 😋
Today something easy, fast, healthy and very good: “spaghetti con triglia”, pasta with red mullet, one of those fish that in the past were used to be called "poor fish", and I always loved all of those fish 😋👌
Donkey ossobuco today. I cooked it in the same way I prepared Racka sheep ossobuco not long ago, simply with onions, carrot, celery, tomato paste, fresh herbs from the garden.Very good 😋👌
This evening an experiment with local ingredients, the starting example was the "scacciata catanese", but I changed the Sicilian cheese that is supposed to be used with a local artisanal gomolya cheese 🙂 then broccoli and green onions are from here too (but the extra virgin olive oil obviously not 😀 ).
This evening a delicious soup: chickpeas, leek and dried porcini mushrooms 😋👌 amazing flavor!
Such a nice spring weather today, finally 😊😎
